Reviews and Ratings
My stay at the hotel had its ups and downs. The rooms were quite big and relatively comfortable, but the proximity to the patio and smoking area was a bit of a downside. The staff, especially the cleaning and maintenance team, were friendly. However, I was hesitant to take a shower due to concerns about the rust in the tub.
The hotel is conveniently located near LAX and boasts incredibly clean rooms. The cleaning and maintenance staff are friendly, but the front desk staff, particularly the young girls, seem overworked and underpaid.
The hotel was a bit run down and located in a not-so-great neighborhood; the rooms didn't close properly, and mine was situated above the noisy bar area. However, after being switched to a different room, which was still in need of renovations, the stay became somewhat more tolerable.
The hotel had some positive aspects like being close to the airport and convenient for getting to sites and attractions. However, there were some downsides such as the unpolite service and the limited dining options. Overall, the stay had its perks but also some disappointments.
The hotel is quite a mixed bag. The rooms are a total letdown with disgusting smells and dirty conditions, but the cleaning and maintenance staff are friendly. The service is a rollercoaster, with some staff being accommodating but overshadowed by immature, unreliable van drivers. The location has its ups and downs, being close to the airport but situated in an awful part of town. The dining experience falls short, offering only basic options, while the facilities are lacking in quality.
I had a lovely stay at the hotel, with nice rooms and helpful service. The location is convenient with nearby dining options, but the dining experience itself had some drawbacks. The facilities were decent, and the value for money was fair.
